Supervision

|
As an AAMFT trained supervisor, I bring to the task a family systems
perspective informed by a depth perspective. My work with you will be
collaborative and I am most interested in playing a part in your process of
locating and developing your own expertise and skills.
I will also support the incorporation of knowledge regarding state regulations,
professional ethics and standards of practice in your particular ways of working with people. It is my
practice to engage in a “willing suspension of knowing” and to hold open the
spaces where you may discover your self as expert in the matters between you
and the people you work with, you and your own family of origin, you and the
profession you serve.
